Aspire Programs Inc is a private New York State Education Department and
Department of Health approved integrated preschool for children with
disabilities. Aspire Programs exists to meet the needs of children who are
challenged by developmental, learning, and emotional disorders and their
families.

In addition, the staff of Aspire Programs are highly knowledgeable and
experienced with the education of children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum
Disorder. Helen Bloomer, a nationally board certified Behavior Analyst is the
Founder/Executive Director of Aspire Programs.
